The Equity Compass

The Equity Compass is a reflection tool for supporting socially just practice. It is proving to be a useful tool within Informal Science Learning settings. The Equity compass helps partners reflect and rethink how they work with underserved young people and introduced more participatory approaches, improve professional development and better articulate where they want to be going. Produced by the YESTEM project, it is used to support practitioners and funders to identify, challenge and transform inequalities in power dynamics and move towards equity.
